When we wake up tomorrow, how is it you want to feel? Maybe before you go to bed tonight you can take a moment and ask yourself what felt good, and where do you want to feel more peaceful? Place your hand on your heart and say, “I love myself.” Repeat 3x, and make sure you’re breathing while saying it, either to yourself inside or out loud. ❤️

Love is a part of you. It’s you. It’s all around, too.

Mental Illness has become quite a popular topic! Mental Illness is just a label. Labels divide us. Sure, we can have shitty days, and we may even feel lonely, annoyed, and discouraged. These are normal feelings with all we've got going on. However, to label us with distortions of who we really are, loving beings who've lost their way, is not okay.
Clearly, I have an opinion about this. 😄

Just a reminder that people you know and don’t know will talk about you and blah, blah, blah. It doesn’t matter. Do your best to focus on you. When you get triggered it’s a reminder for more self-love.

They don’t know you. They’re not even trying to get to know you or understand you better. Sometimes it’s easier to focus on another than to deal with personal issues, insecurities and fears. Don’t let that be you!
